An established HR consultant with local, national and international
experience, Martin is a full member of the Chartered Institute of
Personnel and Development, and was educated at the University
of Nottingham. Martin has over 15 years experience in HR and recruitment,
most recently working on recruitment outsourcing projects, and training
project managers and consultants.

Deborah Lester FCMA
Bringing financial discipline to the HR sector, Deborah has over 25 years industry experience. Deborah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has headed up Finance, IT, HR and Operations departments for a number of London and Yorkshire based organisations. Deborah is an expert in systems implementation and project management as well as an experienced head of HR.

Shabana Ahmed FCIPD
Shabana is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with recent in-depth expertise of multi-site public and private sector companies. Shabana has a 15 year successful track record in a broad range of HR disciplines which include TUPE, Mergers & Acquisitions, Change Management, HR Projects, Training and Employee Relations.
Educated in Leeds, Shabana has assumed a number of senior regional roles throughout the UK and has delivered multiple national projects for a range of prestigious organisations.
Keith Williams, FInstLM, dMS, MBA.
Keith is a mentor, coach, consultant and social enterprise advisor who has been providing solutions to small businesses since 1986. In the past two years clients supported and coached by Keith have been winners of three SEYH Social Enterprise Regional Awards, a further three being finalists. Keith has been a member of the steering committee of FOOTSEY 100 in 2006 and 2007 when the conference was transformed into a vibrant trade show and conference.
After a first career as a ship’s officer KW has been creating and running small businesses for almost thirty years. Keith holds a masters degree in business administration, a post graduate diploma in management studies, and Certificates in Community Regeneration and Project Management.
